About Me
Leadership. Standards. Performance
Most of my life has been spent in high-performance sports, leadership environments, and developing people through coaching, mentorship, and performance systems.
Over more than 20 years, that journey has included experiences across grassroots, schoolboy, elite pathway, and professional rugby environments, alongside leadership development, mentoring, and business ventures focused on performance and growth.
While sport has provided much of the environment, the deeper passion has always been people, helping individuals, teams, and organizations build stronger standards, healthier cultures, and long-term growth through practical leadership and accountability.
That experience ultimately led to the creation of Prinsloo Performance Group and The Performance Project, platforms designed to help develop stronger people, teams, and environments through leadership, mentorship, books, workshops, and practical performance-based systems.
What I Believe
Leadership built on standards, not motivation
Real growth is not built through motivation alone. It is built through standards, accountability, consistency, and the behaviors repeated over time. Whether in sports, leadership, business, or life, high-performing environments are shaped by culture, ownership, and the ability to lead consistently under pressure.
The focus has never been about hype or shortcuts but about helping people build stronger habits, clearer standards, and long-term growth that lasts. The goal has always been simple: develop stronger people and healthier cultures and environments where performance is built through behavior, trust, and accountability.
"Prinsloo Performance Group brings a level of clarity and standards that cut through the noise. The impact on leadership, accountability, and overall performance has been immediate and measurable."
